Each North Carolina community college membership year begins July 1 of each year. Institutional memberships are available at no cost to colleges beginning the 2025-26 academic year. Each college is permitted to have up to ten student development professionals in its membership. The NCSDAA does not offer individual memberships. The fall, spring, and summer meetings provide opportunities to participate in the informative sessions, network, and receive System Office updates.
